Our story

Waterhouse is the next chapter in the journey we began with The Water House Project.

​

What started around our own dining table almost a decade ago grew into a restaurant shaped

by thoughtful cooking, generous hospitality and a community of guests. ​As the restaurant evolved, so too did our ideas about the kind of place we wanted to create.

​

Alongside the restaurant, we've made room for a wine bar and courtyard garden, inviting guests to gather in different ways, creating spaces that feel at ease, while remaining rooted in the values that have guided us from the beginning: care, craftsmanship and a respect for seasonality.

Today, we continue to lead every part of Waterhouse together, daily, from the food and drinks

to the spaces, atmosphere and the welcome our guests receive.
