Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
May be redeemed towards lunch, dinner or drinks at Waterhouse.
Redeemable once only. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Reservations are subject to availability.
A booking deposit will still be required in the case of restaurant dining, and is subject to our cancellation policy. The deposit will be deducted from (or refunded against) the final bill, as applicable.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
Printed vouchers are dispatched Wednesday – Saturday via Royal Mail Second Class.
Orders placed outside these days will be posted on our next dispatch day.
While we aim to send vouchers promptly, we cannot guarantee Royal Mail delivery times,
which typically take 3–5 working days.
